The Sherman County Health Department processes billing for the following insurance companies:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Medicaid including KanCare
Medicare (Flu and Pneumonia)
United Health Care
Meritain

There are hundreds of insurance carriers and policies that exist; we cannot know the coverage offered by each individual policy. You should contact your insurance company prior to receiving services to determine if they will be covered by your policy.

We are not responsible for notifying you in advance of services that are non-covered by your insurance policy: all non-covered services are the patient's responsibility.

Payment plans are available for all services with approval through the business department.
